What should I do if my order does not arrive?

All orders sent via a delivery company have a tracking code, which means you should always be able to track your order. If, for whatever reason, an order does not arrive, please contact our customer service by phone or live chat, or via the contact form. 

As part of our service, we will investigate with the delivery company for you.

*From time to time it can be faster if you check it directly with the courier company
