If you have not yet paid for your order, you may simply cancel your order.
In the event that you have paid for your order but it has not yet been handled by the courier, you may cancel your order.
However, if you have paid for your order and it is already being handled by the courier, then you can simply return the parcel unopened and unused in its original packaging within 14 days in order to cancel your order.
