- Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option is provided via DHL Paket and is available at no additional cost. The delivery times for standard shipping are as follows:
- Germany: Up to 3 working days
- Portugal: 3-5 working days
- Denmark and Sweden: 3-4 working days (via PostNord in partnership with DHL)
- Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer DHL Express as a premium service. The delivery times for express shipping are typically 1-2 working days in the countries where this service is available. Please note that an additional charge applies for express shipping.
- Special Note for Switzerland: For our customers in Switzerland, we exclusively offer DHL Express shipping free of additional charge, with delivery times of 1-2 working days.
- Delivery to DHL Packstations (Only in Germany): We support deliveries to DHL Packstations within Germany. Please ensure that your DHL post number is active and correctly registered. Inactive or incorrect post numbers may lead to delivery failure and the order being returned to the pharmacy.
- P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes as our courier services require a physical address for successful delivery.
